Red Bull KTM Factory Racing have thrown their trust into a home-country hero. 17-year-old Austrian Rene Hofer was blistering his way through junior championships when he was brought into the Red Bull fold. His rookie season in MX2 sees him within touching distance of his riding idols, but can Hofer put in the performances to demand a promotion and join the likes of Cairoli and Herlings in MXGP?
